SahihScan Terms of Service

Informational service. SahihScan provides ingredient information using a curated database, published positions of major halal certification bodies, and AI assistance. Verdicts are informational only and do not constitute a fatwa, religious ruling, or certification.
No warranty of accuracy. Manufacturers change formulations without notice; data sources (including Open Food Facts) are community-maintained; AI analysis can err. Always verify the physical label and, when in doubt, consult the manufacturer or a qualified scholar.
Subscriptions. Pro features are billed through the App Store / Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Acceptable use. Don't abuse the service (automated scraping, attempts to bypass scan/chat limits, reverse engineering of server gating).
Accounts. You may delete your account at any time in Settings; this permanently removes synced data.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, deepfai is not liable for decisions made based on app verdicts.
Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app.
